At Therapy care Physical Therapy, our team of licensed Physical Therapists specializes in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric, geriatric, and women’s health rehabilitation. Karthigayen Gopala Krishnan is a distinguished healthcare executive, physical Therapist, and entrepreneur with over a decade of leadership experience in the rehabilitation industry. Holding a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Neurology) and an MBA in Healthcare Management, he brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to every initiative he leads.
As the Owner and Chief Physical Therapist of TherapyCare Physical Therapy Services PLLC, Karthigayen has dedicated his career to delivering compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation through both outpatient clinics and home care services. Under his leadership, TherapyCare has grown into a trusted name, known for its high-quality care, community engagement, and commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Ms. Patel is a Senior Clinical Physical Therapist with over 12 years of global experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, and geriatric care, specializing in post-operative recovery and functional movement training. She is dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment to help patients restore function and confidence.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Ms. Patel serves as Vice President of Clinical Services at Therapy Care Physical Therapy. With an MBA in Healthcare Management, she combines clinical knowledge with leadership skills to oversee operations, ensure quality standards, and drive strategic growth. Passionate about advancing patient outcomes, she also actively participates in community outreach, providing education and wellness initiatives to support the health of the local community.

Dr. Shah is Vice President of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day strategy and performance of outpatient physical therapy services. She ensures efficient clinic operations, optimizes workflows, and enhances patient access and satisfaction while supporting staff development.
With a strong focus on aligning operational excellence with patient-centred care, Dr. Shah collaborates with clinical leadership to expand services, strengthen compliance, and implement best practices, driving both organizational growth and improved patient outcomes. She specializes in correcting movement patterns, muscular imbalances, and postural dysfunctions to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training.
In 2019, she completed a strength and conditioning internship at Harvard University, designing programs for 42 varsity teams. As Clinic Manager, she oversees operations, mentors staff, and ensures evidence-based, patient-centred care. She also participates in community outreach initiatives, helping educate the public on movement health, injury prevention, and functional wellness.
